Metaphors and Divine Promises

Realities, Metaphors and Analogies
If you say this world is real,
I will not disagree with you,
If you say this world is illusory,
I will not disagree with you,
If you say that this world is a metaphor,
I will not disagree with you,
As a reality and an analogy,
I will not disagree with you.

For every day, and every moment,
So long as you are a thinking and feeling
Member of the human race,
You will live in both worlds,
Standing across two meanings
Whose divide is wider than the Universe,
Seeing illusions and bearing witness
To His Embrace, He that is God Almighty,
The Last and the First.
..................

I have not written much but here I am, still very much alive and kicking. Metaphorically, speaking. He he he.

Have a wonderful Eidul Adha, sunshine. May Allah (swt) ease our journey from faithlessness to faithfulness, from all that is ugly and illusory to all that is true and lovely... towards Muhammad Habibullah, Mercy to all the Worlds (saws).

IN THE COURT OF THE KING

In the Court of the King
Every day has its night,
Every night has its dawn,
Every thing that is physical
Has its spiritual mirror,

Every effort has its end,
Every end has a beginning,
Every moth has its moment,
Prostrating like a servant
In the Court of the King.
....................

The firmness of your stance is important in archery. A certain rigidity is required from your torso down to your waist to the soles of your feet. There is no good aiming and adjusting your aim with your eyes and your arms and hands when you are swaying about like a willow in the wind. So be firm in your footing on this precarious world.

In life however, in the pursuit of truth, a certain flexibility is required. In the opening of the book of the day, in which you will write who and what you are for the next 24 hours, a little fluidity will go a long way to make your story a beautiful one. So be fluid in your reflections.

And if the day is wearing you down, do not be afraid to pause. It is no loss to you if you do so. Speak to your God and tell him your worries and care. Unburden unto Him and let go of your troubles. So be gentle and kind to yourself as God is to you.

There is much sorrow and confusion in the world simply because Mankind often limits God's love, mercy and compassion to what they can themselves conceive in their small and often damaged hearts. So do not put limits to His all-encompassing Mercy and Compassion, and try as best as you can to put none on your own.

Have a lovely Sabbath, sunshine.

FROM MORTAL TO IMMORTAL REALITY - the complete soul, the bridge and Adam's exile

I Have Come
I have come to lay to rest the lie,
I have come to bury the deception,
That there is any truth to you or I,
Nor any weight to this creation,

I have come to fish out pearls of heaven,
Deep in this infinite Mercy Ocean,
Trawling for signs of the Unique One,
More secret than a love potion,
More apparent than the rising Sun,

I have come bearing missives from heaven,
To you, to me, to anyone who would listen,
To remind us all of our final destination,
And why, in truth,
Perhaps we have
Never left His
Presence?
.........................

The Complete Soul. It is good to recall an interesting Hadith (oral tradition) of the Prophet Muhammad (saws), when he said words to the effect that... "When I die, I shall ask God to return to me my complete soul." It is also good to recall that learned scholars have acknowledged this important message, that the soul we hold directly in our earthly experience in our body that we wear, is not our complete soul. Only a smattering of rays of the light of our soul animates our mortal vessel. Substantially, we still remain in His Presence, no doubt besotted by God the all-Besotting One! No doubt so utterly captivated and devoted to God the all-Attractive One, the all-Captivating One, the all-Beautiful One and the One Whom we cannot bear to be separated from.

Adam's Exile. Of course, all this high-fallutin' transcendental reflection does not mean that we should all simply let waste our life here and wait to die and rejoin God and our complete soul. For we are still experiencing our journey through the hardship and happiness of this world, the sweet and sour fruit of Adam (as)'s exile. Reflection upon our immortal spirit, its connection to God Almighty, and the spiritual bridge between us and Allah (swt) that is the Prophet Muhammad (saws) makes this life all too precious to ignore.

The Song of the Habibullah. So let us tread the earth of this world firmly and with great resolution. But let us be guided by the moral and spiritual compass that Allah the all-Loving has left in all of us... our heart and conscience. And in our heart, have no doubt that there is no music more enlightening, no song more true than the words and wisdom of God's own mercy to all the worlds, our beloved Nabi Muhammad Habibullah (saws).

WHAT IS HAPPINESS? ...is it merely pleasure and enjoyment? I think our spirit is created to be infinitely more subtle and refined...

The Key to Happiness
I lay in wait, hunting for happiness,
But happiness eludes me like an elusive thingy,
Then I look to God and the Prophet
And desired that the Almighty and the Beloved
Be happy with me,

And lo! I finally found
My happiness
In me.
......................

What is Happiness? How do you know where and how to find happiness? But most importantly, would you recognise true happiness if it bites your nose? Is self enjoyment and gratification the final definition of happiness?

Is it merely Gratification and Pleasure? Because if that is true, then food, money, companionship, sex, power, drink and adrenaline rushes are all that it takes to make us happy. But it doesn't, does it? It touches at a visceral and material level, admittedly. But such things do not last. Money is ultimately spent (or hoarded away), food is ultimately eaten and deposited in the toilet the next morning, companionship can be boring at times, you can't have sex all the time, power corrupts, happy drunkenness turns easily into a morning hangover and you can only bungee jump once in a while. At the end of the day, such pleasure and gratification are very transient, plus they take a whole lot of effort and the outcome often unreliable.

I am too tired to look for this so-called happiness. So I have decided to kick off my slippers, give my restless spirit a break and stop looking for happiness. For I just find all this happiness-seeking enterprises to be too much like work.

Oh, what shall I do now?!

Spade work ahead. Happily, yesterday a solution came to me on the whisper of a wind - a friend said to me, "Look for God and the Prophet to be happy with you... Then you will have all angles covered."

Yeah. That is better, I think. All angles covered. I like that, for I am sure our spirit is created to be infinitely more subtle and refined...

Well, not even my best-est of friends would describe me as subtle and refined. So I know now that I have a lot of spade work ahead of me.

Be patient with me, sunshine.

THE SPARROW-ALHAMDULILLAH! - Friday the Blessed, the Sabbath for contemplation

It was Friday the Blessed yesterday, and you would find a sinner loitering outside the Mosque, finishing his cigarette before making his way in, a sinner amongst the pious, into the Mosque for ablutions and prayers.

A Young Man Without Any Arms. Cars were parking illegally all over the place, as like on all Fridays, ordinary traffic regulations are not enforced so long as you do not actually block a road. A space opened by the pavement right in front of me and a small car slipped in. A Chinese lady came out of the driver seat and I was thinking to myself, "Huh, even the Chinese take advantage of Friday!" when suddenly from the front passenger seat, out jumped a young man and I literally jumped out of my skin, because he had no arms at all. He walked pass me with a spring in his step, as I continued to stare at him. He looked well-pleased with himself and I wanted to smile at him. He noticed me watching and we smiled at each other shyly. Dammit. He looked happy. He looked contented. How could he be, when he didn't have any arms?

So I knew, you see... that this Friday, the last Friday of the Holy Month of Sya'ban would be an extraordinarily good Friday.

The sparrow-Alhamdulillah
Alhamdulillah... Praise be unto God,
Alhamdulillah... Praise be unto God,
Alhamdulillah... Praise be unto God,
I recited, my voice spoke, my heart ignited,
Alhamdulillah... my soul sang and sent
All my Alhamdulillah to the spirits of the dearly departed,
To my Beloved Prophet and His beloved Family,
To His Companions and His Saints, alive and living,

Alhamdulillah... my spirit sang and sent
All my Alhamdulillah like a flock of sparrows in their thousands
Flying towards the beloved faces of my mother and father,
Towards my brothers, my uncles and aunties and all my cousins,
To all my nieces and nephews and all my friends and their children,
And as the flock arrived, they descended toward my beloveds,
And they begin to whirl round and round my beloveds,

The flock of sparrow-Alhamdulillah continued to encircle them,
A circumambulation of love around my beloveds,
Until a desire sparked in me and I found that I myself
Have become one of my own sparrow-Alhamdulillah,
...I could feel the wind rushing over my feathered wings
As I flew with scriptural speed around these familiar faces...
Whirling and spiraling like blue lightning,
...Oh mother! Oh father! Oh brothers! Oh my loves!
...................................

Have a wonderful Sabbath, sunshine. Keep your light on, remember Allah (s.w.t.) always and devote your life and love to His Beloved Muhammad (s.a.w.s.), His Anointed Mercy to all the Worlds.

From the strangest places and avenues do mercy come, and yesterday it began with a disarming smile from a young man with no arms. May Allah bless him always... for the journey ended in the flight of the sparrow-Alhamdulillah!

OUR EXISTENCE ANCIENT - the beautiful nature of time... and of our cousins and mothers.

Our Existence Ancient
Age is just a means by which we mark
Our time in this world,
For however our body may age,
It shall never exceed the measure of our soul,
Our existence ancient beyond its mortal cage.
.....................................

DAY OF COUSINS. Today is a day of cousins for me. I met a 51 year old Shan bin Sulaiman for breakfast (he promised me a local delicacy called popiah basah to lure me to his neighbourhood). And awhile back tonight I attended the wedding of my cousin's son, Aiman. Sitting at my table were two of my beautiful cousins, Kak Nani and Kak Lah, who is 61 and 63 years old respectively. I myself am going to be 43 years old this year, so to count the number of years between us four cousins it is 218 years. If we add my father's time, which is just one year short of 80, it would be 297 years - almost 3 centuries. Hehehe. Makes me ponder, this number does.

I was thus pondering when suddenly the song A Thousand Years wafted through the wedding hall and I was almost overcome with a profound melancholic feeling. And in that brief moment I recall the history of my Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.s), my Prophet Jesus (a.s.) and the retinue of Muhammad's Companions known as the Sahabat, and the golden chain of forty Grand Shaykhs and many more Shaykhs and Saints, all of whom I have been introduced to. And thus also in that moment, the face of my late mother came to me, who introduced me to this world.

So you see, more than a thousand years can pass within a solitary moment, though you are in a crowded wedding reception, with happy smiling people and their happy smiling faces. This thought made me paused  in my contemplation, as I too smiled back at my cousins. Alhamdulillah.

Have a lovely Sabbath, sunshine.

See you soon.

THE DRESS OF ADAB & THE WELL OF FITRAH - falling in love and its fascinating consequences...

Falling in Love...
I though I was falling in love with God,
Then we crossed paths as you came falling 'up',
So I shouted to you, "Hey! You are falling upwards!"
To which you replied, "Me? No, it is you falling upwards!

I was worried and confused, "Pray for me, brother! Pray for me!" I shouted back,
And you said, "Nooo, You pray for meeeee...!"
..................................

Where are we, sunshine? Where are you and where am I? Are we ascending the station of divine love, or are we heading down the slope of self-delusion? Well, wherever we may be, as humans, very much ordinary in our talent and strength, in our folly and weakness, we all have our ups and downs. So one minute we may be sipping the cup of divine assurance, poured by the Angel Artiya'il in our times of desperation, and the next we may be led by the hypnotic song of an evil flute, played by our ego, and conducted by some infernal talent from Satan's own orchestra.

The Dress of Adab (Good Manners)
The Dress of Adab is the only dress
That one wears on the inside,
For it adorns your heart
With Love, Beauty
And Mercy.

I reckon that we are in a constant state of flux, a dynamic condition confirmed by our heart in every nanosecond that we exist in this world. So even if we come across a lover of God, in whatever creed he may be wearing, a Muslim, a Christian, a Jew, a Hindu or a Buddhist, who is to say that we are on our way up and he is on his way down? The only dress that Love recognises is the Dress of Adab (Good Manners) - our personal conduct and manners that manifests the very best of traditions - and for the Muslims that is the words and deeds of the Most Beloved of Love, Muhammad Habibulah (s.a.w.s.). It is a garb woven in the well of our conscience by our good deeds, our patience and perseverance, our courage and charity. The thread is made of the light of our eternal ruh (soul / spirit) and the cloth is our inherited fitrah (our individual inner essence) from the Well of Fitrah that is Muhammad Prophet of God (s.a.w.s.). And I have seen such dress worn by Hindus, Muslims, Jews and Christians, and even agnostics and atheists (though this last group may vehemently protest my allegations of their own goodness on Reddit. he he he)

The Well of Fitrah
Life is about finding yourself,
And your particular nature and talent
Granted from the Well of Fitrah that is
Saydeena Muhammad Habibullah,
Poured with Eternal Love from the Ocean of Love of God.

Look for it as best you can, and with the best guide you can find!

As you learn your place in the honorable station of servanthood before God's own crowning glory of mercy that is Muhammad (s.a.w.s.), you may find that however the wind may blow, whatever the season may be, up or down, left or right, a raging tempest or remaining still like the eternal love of mothers and sweethearts, you are forever in the embrace of Love, Allah (s.w.t.) God Almighty of the Worlds and Muhammad (s.a.w.s) God's own Mercy to all the world(s).

Have a nice day, sunshine. It's Friday after all!

Remember, you are only a man - The Triumphalism of Man vs The Triumphalism of the Conscience

The Roman Triumph
When a Roman general achieves
Great success in the field of battle
He is awarded a Triumph,
A public parade of his soldiers and himself
Through the streets of Rome,
With their prisoners, slaves and booties of war.

A slave boy would stand behind him on the chariot
Holding aloft above his head the laurel wreath,
And whispering into his ears these words of caution,
"Remember, you are only a man..."
...............................

See. Even those ancient Romans understood well the dangers of over-weening pride and hubris. It would have paid Mankind well if we remember and follow the advice of the slave. Because when we take stock of the recent century of human 'progress' there has been many times when a little humility and humanity would have gone a long way in avoiding the pitfalls and cons of our less than perfect achievements. After all...

Triumphalism of Man
The Triumphalism of Architecture
Herald in the era of concrete monstrosity,
The Triumphalism of Brotherly Fraternity
Herald in the era of tyranny by the many,
The Triumphalism of Medicine
Herald in the era of over-drugged citizenry,
The Triumphalism of Psychology
Herald in the era of newer types of insanity,
The Triumphalism of Physics
Herald in the era of the Atom Bomb,
The Triumphalism of Modern Technology
Herald in the era of remote murders and killings,
The Triumphalism of Agro and Bio sciences
Herald in the era of global pharma-food companies,
The Triumphalism of Capitalism
Herald in the era of ostentatious consumerism,
The Triumphalism of Political Clerics
Herald in the era of the 'Islamic' republics,
The Triumphalism of Finance and the Economics
Herald in the era of thieves, blackmailers and sociopaths
Dressed in well-tailored suits and good intentions.
And lastly, the Triumphalism of the Information Age
Herald in the era of ignorance, anarchy and hate,
.................................

I am not against progress, but like all things in this world, anything can be exaggerated and abused, until its end product becomes a corruption of the original intent.

We all have a slave, just like the mighty Roman commanders, standing behind us, ever whispering into our soul... 'Remember, you are only a man...' It is called our conscience.

And it is the best among us, who turns around to the slave, and says... 'No, you stand in front. Where you lead, I shall follow.'

Don't you agree, sunshine?

PLAYGROUND OF THE SOUL - chance encounter with a servant of Peace

Playground of the Soul
This is not just a mosque,
This is no mere house of worship...

This is a playground of the soul,
A garden of the spirit
To seed and till your happiness...

This is where you will see flowers
Rise, bloom and fall
In all hours of the day,
Enchanted by the Lord's heavenly call.
..............................

Last night, as I was making my way to intercept young Ustaz Malik (the man with the golden voice), I was suddenly waylaid by an elderly gentleman. He introduced himself as Abdul Salam (Servant (Abdul) of He Who is the Source of Peace, Safety and Perfection (Salam, one of the Divine Names of God)).

Being the forgetful dummy that I am, I cannot recall his face although he says that he has seen me around our neighbourhood. When we embraced I felt a burning warmth when his cheek touched mine. In my fanciful retrospection, I felt that it was the warmth of love.

So nothing to report but the chance meeting with kindly affectionate strangers in the Playground of the Soul.

Have a lovely day, sunshine.

I am a Sign of the End of Time - prose from Singapore

The Sign of the End of Time
The man makes his way to the mosque,
And says, "The Key to my Heart is Morning Prayers at the Mosque..."

The traveler turns away from the world and the crowd
And says, "O' Lord, while I was all alone you kept me company,
But now that I am not alone, I seek your Divine Assurance still..."

The traveler makes his way out of the mosque,
And he hears a preacher man speak, "Now, let me tell you
About the Signs of the End of Time"
The man smiles hearing this and says to no one in particular,
"I am a Sign of the End of Time..."
................................................

Good morning, sunshine. I am back, arriving in Kuala Lumpur International Airport just a hair before 11pm. How have you been keeping in my absence? I trust all is well, insyaAllah...

The trip was good for me, work-wise as well as attending to matters that I have delayed to do in Singapore. The prose recorded above are the nuggets I have found trawling through the sleepiness of the soul, across the plain of reflection, alone and away from friends and family. And since this is Sunday and is a good day, I leave you, my beautiful spirit, with a lasting and difficult contemplation, but one worthy of your best effort -

Patient Will
Patience is the unveiling of the Will,
All conquering over the arbitrary
And whimsical nature of
This world.

Gathering of the Birds. Happy Birthday to the Prophet! Happy Birthday to You! - 12 Rabi ul Awwal

The Gathering of the Birds
Tired and listless,
Before arriving home
I wandered to the home
Of the nightingales,

And there I saw the gathering,
Not only of nightingales...
But I saw owls and falcons,
Budgies and sparrows,
Ravens and eagles,
Crows and Mockingbirds,
And even an assortment
Of Ostriches and Dodos.

God bless the birds!
God bless them all
Of whatever hue and colour,
Singing or silent,
Flying or earth bound,
Wise or foolish,
Beautiful or less so,

For it is the Twelth of Rabi ul Awwal,
And Mercy made manifest in Muhammad
Whose Love shall forever more flow!
.................................

It was a tiring day yesterday. But in the evening I dropped by the Naqshbandi Zawiya nearby. And there I saw the gathering of those strange Sufis. I could not stay long, but I did spend some time talking to them. It always stirs my curiosity to see such a mingling of people of different colours and races, vocation and age, nationality and culture, wealth and educational back ground, all drawn to this place of worship, as is happening in the whole Muslim world today, to celebrate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.s.), when God made His mercy for all creation manifest in the clearest sign possible.

For the Muslims, the birthday of the Prophet (s.a.w.s.), Beloved of God, Mercy to all the world(s), is intimately linked to their own. For naught is the reason for their lives, for each waking hour and sleep, in work or in play, in sadness or joy, were it not to be lived in their love and devotion for Muhammad (s.a.w.s), Prophet of God.

We have all our own birthdays. But our soul all share one birthday in that of Muhammad (s.a.w.s.). For it is not for nothing that he is also known as Abu Arwah (The Father of Souls).

So happy birthday, sunshine! Keep your smile on, always.

THE ASTRONAUT AND THE SUFI

The heart is shaped by Cristina Colombo.
You may visit her Facebook page by clicking on the Heart.

The Astronaut
I came upon her here,
Hundreds upon thousands of miles away from home,
Whirling and drifting like a Jasmine flower fallen from heaven,

Airless, lifeless and soul freezing cold,
I came upon her as a stranger,
Whatever shall I say to Ground Control,
And who in Houston would believe me?

...That on the Moon
I found a whirling Sufi?
.........................

Do you find this strange, sunshine? It is not as strange as this world we live in. For if we are destined to meet, we would meet in the limitless horizon of the heart, further than the furthest galaxy of this Universe. Yet nearer to us than our own jugular veins. At a place sanctified by the presence of God Almighty, the All-knowing!...

We verily created man and We know what his soul whispereth to him,
and We are nearer to him than his jugular vein.
(Quran 50:16, Marmaduke Pickthall)

Verily, with Allah, anything is possible.

Serendipity Growing in the Soul Jungle - children, parents, life and love

Cancelled. I was suppose to go to Pulau Besar (Big Island) today, off the coast of Melaka, the southern state bordering Negeri Sembilan and Johor. But this had to be cancelled, and I was rather sad about it. I have been wanting to visit the mystical isle for some time now, the last trip being perhaps two years ago.

Papa...? So I made by reluctant way to the office, but just before I arrived I unexpectedly received a call from Mikhail, my 8-year old son, "Papa, are you taking me out today?" And that kinda changed the day for me, so now I have a lunch date with him. It is good to know that whatever the mess I may be in anytime, however disheveled my schedule and my routines may have become, and no matter how gloomy the sky appears to be above me, our children can always be that bright spark, that golden light of a beautiful flower growing out of the undergrowth of our soul jungle.

Life may trample me underfoot through my own error, but Mikhail was no error. He is my own serendipity. And that is one of the best gift God (s.w.t.) and His Prophet (s.a.w.s.) has ever given me.

Are children not wonderful?

Have a lovely day, sunshine. And no matter if your journey is delayed or postponed. It is probably for the best in the end.

Speak to Him... awake or in your nightly dream...

Break the Silence
Talk to Him,
Talk to Him However Way You Want to...
Through your Prayer,
Through Your huMan Tears and holy Hymn,
Break THe siLence,
And talk to HiM...
eVEN in your nightly Dreams...

For though your lips stay stubbornly silent,
Your Soul may yet find its ReAl appearance,
And while you fall asleep like a Heathen
Your DreaM takes its path to Heaven.
............................

Life is about conversations about God and with God. And it is meant to be a two-way communications. A dialogue. And even if we are naughty and negligent in our prayers, does God turn away? Is our connection to Him severed?

So long as there is a single breath animating us, there is a link. For God is unlike us, whimsical and often arbitrary in our actions. "I am closer to you than your jugular vein", God expresses Himself clearly in the Holy Quran. Therefore, the only question is whether you are up to the task of accessing and filtering the information downloaded from the Divine Presence on a daily, second by microsecond basis.

And this happens even in our sleep, as our spirit partially (and temporarily) relinquishes its worldly passport to find some divine sustenance from the Fountain of Knowledge. For this world is indeed a mere journey from our real home in the beautiful meadows of God's Divine Presence. And one day (and may such a day be blessed!), our worldly passport shall indeed expire and we will be invited home to the  place of honour as a weak servant in the Heavenly Court of God - Creator and Lord of all mankind.

This is something the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.s.) teaches his followers. This is not just a journey for the Muslims, this is a journey fated for all humanity. So let us be nice to everyone sharing our travel!

Uh oh... and lest I forget, here is wishing all my Hindu brothers and sisters a wonderful Deepavali!

The Cartographer and the Map of the Human Spirit

Map of the Human Spirit
I am the hermit on the peak,
I am the monk in the cellar,
I am the priest in the temple,
I am the voice of everyone and no one,

I am the preacher on the soapbox,
I am the merchant in the market,
I am the judge, I am the jury,
I am the son of Adam, I am the daughter of Eve,

I am the sign of the times,
I am a universe all of my own,
I am both made and unmade,
A thoughtful creation in
My Lord's imagination,

I am the minstrel for the stars,
I am a little servant of the servants,
In me you will find wickedness,
In me you will find virtues,
I am me, and I am also you,

The bear after the honey,
The knight after the dragon,
The alchemist after the philosopher's stone,
I am how my Lord made me,
And my quest is what my Lord makes it to be,

I am the Cartographer,
Drawing the Map of the Human Spirit.
...........................................

Anyone, indeed everyone can be whatever and whomever they desire to be - a scientist, a doctor, an artist, a cook, a housewife, a househusband, a preacher, a teacher, a mountaineer, a farmer... anything really.

But above all this worldly ambition, they must learn of themselves - as some would call it the human spirit or the soul. It is not a choice really, for whatever we may be doing, we are all Cartographers of the Human Spirit, and in our daily deeds and conversations, slowly but with deliberate certainty, we map and chart out the seas and rivers, the hills and meadows, the high mountains and gentle valleys of our humanity.

But lo, how sad and limited is the vision of those who do not see that our mortal landmarks all lead to the heavenly seas and rivers, the holy hills and meadows and the divine mountains and valleys of the Life Hereafter.

The Virtue of Adam and the Beauty of Eve manifest in the mirror of reality which we call our lives, which is not Reality itself, but a brief transient reflection of God's Own Reality, as how He Desires for us to contemplate and understand.

So I am greatly indebted to God for the richness of this world, and the infinite richness promised unto the kindly and compassionate of Mankind. You know... your kind mother, your gentle father, your thoughtful neighbour, your brothers and sisters united in the worship of the One God.

This is a little ray of light of the Light of Muhammad (s.a.w.s.), Seal of the Prophets.

The truth about The Truth - Haqq and the Light of Muhammad

Truth hurts?
Truth hurts they say,
But it is not truth they meet,
But facsimiles of truths,
The walking untruths raised from
The burning pyre of Man’s ego…

So in ignorance, they embrace the flaming untruth
Burning as they hold the fiery corpse in their embrace,
Hollering, “Ow! Ow! Ow! How painful is truth!”
…………………………………..

There is no path better and no journey more fulfilling than the walk your spirit takes as you begin your life as a little baby jettisoned from God’s heaven through the blessed union of your beloved father and mother.  And there is no better destination, no homecoming more excellent than what awaits you in the Divine Presence of Haqq, God the Truth. How fortunate you are...

Thus says the wise who deign to live and teach amongst us sinners.

So if we wish to follow their knowledge (and why should you not?), then the truth that we think is the truth, but hurts us, is not truth at all. For how can we ever think that God, the Truth, desires any hurt upon a single atom of our being, upon a single light of our light that comes from the NurMuhammad (Light of Muhammad ) (s.a.w.)?

This is the truth about The Truth.

Coming from a hopeless sinner, to find a home in the only place in all of Creation that God made as fitting for His Knowledge, His Love, His Beauty, His Mercy and Compassion…

Your heart.
