10. Let's be free
I am here to set you free,
To make you happy,
To show you how to break
The chains of your mind, will and body.
To cease being in slavery
To this world all illusory.
By submitting to Ahad the Magnificent
And Ahmad the Beautiful!
For submission to the One
And the Only Other
Is true liberation from
The ghosts and deceptions
That you create with
Ill-placed pride.
Your mind, your ego
Shall always be narrow!
But your heart?
Subhanallah!
Your heart is wide!
LIBERATION. Freedom is about liberation. Liberation from our slavery to money, power, wealth, greed, envy, lust, hatred and hubris. And submission to an ideal greater than all the sums of the Universe. And in the famous prophetic tradition God had said that all of creation cannot contain Me, but the heart of a true believer can.
BIG HEART. So follow your heart. Listen to it, for even now it is whispering encouragements to goodness and cautioning against folly. For so long, I have been deceived by myself and my ego. Now I know there is no self for me to own, nothing of my body or spirit that is actually mine. We, as human beings and mortals, are now just custodians, mere trustees not merely of this world, but of our very own identities.
INFINITE. So, from one trustee to another, I bid you a beautiful day that God has prepared for us already. It is there for the taking, sunshine, however you may call upon God and His Treasures. Take and take and take as much goodness as your heart can perceive, for when the treasury is God Himself, the source is Infinite!
